Volunteer Soldiers In the Cherokee War, 1836 - 1839

Volunteer soldiers who served during the various conflicts with Native Americans. Most of them are listed as having served in the Cherokee wars while others are listed for their service in the Black Hawk War, Sabine War in Texas, the Seminole War in Florida. Included in the listings are the soldiers' names, rank, State from which they served, and the unit in which they served.
